Shooshie

Today, I made some Sushi; or, as my Dad likes to call it: "Shooshie." I didn't have short grain rice or a japanese bamboo sushi rolling mat- but the sushi turned out just fine. Johnny said that he would have liked to have some fish in his, but for vegetarian sushi with carrots, cucumber, and avocado, we both thought it was pretty tasty.

I finally tried sushi last Thanksgiving. My friend who's from Japan made some. Purty good, purty good. I wouldn't touch the wasabi though. I like that yer Dad calls it shooshie. My Mom says that too. :)

Blake and Laura, it's a deal! Marisa, I once dared Sam to eat a pinky-nail amount of wasabi. I told him I would pay him 12 bucks. He never turns down a dare; but I never paid him. It makes me feel bad and want to laugh at the same time. But, I made it up to him later by making him about 100 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
